Join The National WWII Museum, in partnership with the Japan Society of New Orleans and Japan Foundation New York, to commemorate the Day of Remembrance, a day of observance for the incarceration of Japanese Americans during World War II, with a special screening of the documentary short A Flicker of Eternity.

Presentation and Screening at 6pm in the Solomon Victory Theater
Presentations will be made by Sharon Yamato, Producer/Director of A Flicker of Eternity and Judge Fred Fujioka, who extensively researched the exploits of the 442 Regimental Combat Team operations during World War II. Judge Fujioka's father, uncle and 2 cousins served with the protagonist of the film, Stanley Hiyama in the 442 RCT.
